From Copenhagen Airport to Imperial Hotel

The easiest way to get to Imperial Hotel from the airport is by train. Take the train to Copenhagen Central Station (Øresund Train or ØR) from track 2 with Helsingør or Nivå as the final destination. It takes about 13 minutes to reach Copenhagen Central Station (Copenhagen H), from which the Imperial Hotel is only 650 meters away.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take the train one more stop to Vesterport Station, which is a 1-minute walk from the Imperial Hotel. It takes approximately 25 minutes to travel from the airport to the hotel.

From DFDS Terminal/Langelinie Port to Imperial Hotel

If you arrive in Copenhagen by the Oslo ferry, take bus 27 to Østerport Station, where you need to switch to the S-train lines A, B, C or E, travel 3 stops, and get off at Vesterport Station. From there, it is a 1-minute walk to the hotel. It takes about 17 minutes to travel from the terminal to the hotel.

From Oceankaj (Cruise Ships) to Imperial Hotel

If you arrive by a cruise ship, take bus 164 towards Ballerup Station, and get off at Strandvænget (Strandvejen). Take the S-train lines A, B, C, or E to Vesterport Station and walk 130 meters. It takes about 30 minutes to travel from the terminal to the hotel.

(Note that some smaller ships dock at Toldboden or Langelinie)

By Train or Metro to Imperial Hotel

If you arrive by train at Copenhagen Central Station, it only takes 5 minutes to walk from there to the hotel. Copenhagen Central Station is also the nearest metro station to the hotel.

All taxis operate with a meter and accept Dankort, as well as most international credit cards. During peak hours (from 7.30AM to 9.30AM and from 3.30PM to 5.30PM on weekdays), additional travel time and higher prices should be expected.

From Copenhagen Airport to Imperial Hotel

Taxis are available outside the arrival terminals. The fare is approximately DKK 325, and the journey takes about 25 minutes.

From DFDS Terminal to Imperial Hotel

Taxis are available at the ferry terminal. The fare is approximately DKK 175, and the journey takes about 15 minutes.

From Oceankaj (Cruise Ships) to Imperial Hotel

Taxis are available at the cruise terminal. The fare is approximately DKK 270, and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
