At Hotel Imperial we have guaranteed check-in from 3.00 p.m., but if the room is ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to check-in before. If, on the other hand, the room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage with us at no charge until the room is available.
Check-out from the room must occur by 12.00 p.m. at the latest, but if you need a late check-out, then contact our reception upon arrival, or during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Similar to check-in, you have the option to store your luggage when checking out.
If you're busy and can pay with a credit card, or your accommodation is already pre-paid, you can make use of our popular Express Check-out and avoid the waiting time. Our Express Check-out stands can be found in the lobby right next to the main entrance. The receipt for your stay will then be sent via e-mail on the same day.
All our duvets and pillows are synthetic and therefore allergy-friendly. In addition, we offer up to three different kinds of pillows as well as bed boards for those of our guests who require one. All our allergy rooms have wooden floors and the detergent we use to launder our linen is eco-labelled with the Nordic Eco-label, where the requirements for substances that are problematic for health/allergies are stricter than the legal requirements.
Breakfast is served daily from 6.30 - 10.30 a.m. all days of the week in the hotel's breakfast restaurant, Trianglen, which is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Our delicious breakfast buffet offers a large selection of breads and cheese, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, breakfast products as well as various juices and, of course, tea and coffee. Several of our items in the selection have 'keyhole' certification (Nordic nutrition labelling).
If you are one of the early risers and need to get out the door early, we offer a breakfast "To Go". Breakfast "To Go" must be ordered at the hotel's reception at the latest 12.00 p.m. the day before.
If you suffer from allergies, we recommend that you mention this when you book your stay so that our restaurant can accommodate any requirements for your meals.
At Imperial Hotel we do not have private guest parking, but instead the hotel's guests are directed to EuroPark's parking level in the same building as the hotel. The parking area has direct access to the hotel.
The entrance to the parking level is at the back of the hotel on Nyropsgade no. 47.
Parking costs DKK 400.00 per 24-hours, but if you are a guest at the hotel, you have the option to purchase a parking ticket for DKK 250.00 per 24-hours. All you need to do is take the ticket provided at the entrance of the parking building and exchange it at the hotel reception desk.
